Why am I here?
This is a.. question I’ve always struggled with. I feel like I spent so much time looking for validation from other people that I somehow disconnected my purpose from the person I wanted to be. For so long I wanted to be other people and do what those other people did. There was engineer (of course), crossfit athlete for a little while, an NFL player, Chef, Influencer, etc. It took having my son to really kick off a journey of soul searching. “Would I be happy with my life if I died tomorrow?” Is what I asked myself back in 2019 when he was born. And at that time I would have said no. As Most of you know I made a change and forced my life into a different direction. And with that direction change every choice that I make that aligns with who I am brings me closer to the person I want to be. And that is a person who enjoys connecting and making space for other people while being that artist that I never thought I would ever get to be.
Why am I doing this?
I’m doing this to share all the really dope things I enjoy. At the end of the day all we have is each other and I want to share my experience with as many people as possible. Here I’m going to curate the vibes and bring them directly to your emails. The vibes in this newsletter will be fun, inspirational , vibey, lessons learned, shout outs, etc.

Manga/Anime → Currently I’m super into My Hero Academia. I am reading the new chapters week to week.
Video essays on youtube → The Unreality of Pro Wrestling - This essay was so good. It really caught me out of no where and then I could n’t stop watching until it was over. After watching I feel like Pro Wrestling gets a bad wrap. I’m really a story nerd because I feel like it is so important when it comes to art and branding, but I feel like we are down playing how good wrestling story lines are.
Podcasts → IMAN AMONGST MEN | LaRussell - It’s beautiful to see a group of fathers talk about being dads and being excited about it. This podcast episode had it all. LaRussell always comes with all the gems
Zelda Tears of a Kingdom → So into Zelda right now. Usually not really a video game guy, but these new Zelda’s have really figured out how to keep my interest
